We do not collect payment card details (payments are handled by a third-party processor when paid plans launch), sensitive personal data, or data about children under 13.
Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): Account data and content data are necessary to provide the service you signed up for. Without them, Queuvo cannot function.
Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): We use Google Analytics to understand how the product is used so we can improve it. We also retain server logs for security and debugging. These interests do not override your rights — you can opt out at any time (see Section 7).

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@queuvo.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).
We use HTTPS everywhere, store passwords using AWS Cognito's hashing (never plaintext), and restrict database access to authenticated requests only. No system is 100% secure — if you discover a vulnerability, please contact us at hello@queuvo.com.
Queuvo is available to users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We will update this page if our practices change. For significant changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
