By using Queuvo, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short and written in plain language. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Queuvo is a task management application operated by Coderon sp. z o.o., a limited liability company registered in Poland under KRS number 0000906408, NIP 5472225306, with its registered office at Kolibrów 3, 43-316 Bielsko-Biała, Poland.
Queuvo provides a task management tool designed for people with ADHD. The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans (Support, Connect) will be offered in the future.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. For significant changes affecting paid subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.
You agree not to:
Your tasks, queue names, and other content belong to you. By storing content in Queuvo, you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
The Queuvo name, logo, design, and code are owned by Coderon sp. z o.o. Nothing in these terms gives you a right to use them.
Queuvo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be available at all times or free from errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coderon sp. z o.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or €10 if you are on the Free plan).
You may stop using Queuvo at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence. You may also use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
